Made-to-order shipping

Most Aphrodite products are hand-prepared in Seoul, South Korea, after you place your order. This means your formula is fresh — not pulled from warehouse stock that's been sitting for months.

Processing & delivery times

  • Production: 3-4 weeks (your formula is prepared after order confirmation)
  • Shipping: 1-2 weeks via international tracked courier
  • Total: approximately 4-6 weeks from order to delivery

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Free worldwide shipping

All Aphrodite Skin orders ship for free, worldwide. No minimum order value.

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union
  • Australia and New Zealand

Customs & duties

For US, Canada, UK, and EU orders, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) when possible — meaning customs and duties are included in the price you see at checkout. You will not be charged extra fees on delivery.

For other regions, the customer is responsible for any customs fees that may apply. We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check the status of your order at any time by emailing us with your order number.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived 8 weeks after order confirmation, please email caroline@tryaphroditeskin.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either ship a replacement or refund you in full.

Address changes

You can change your shipping address up to 24 hours after placing your order. Email us with your order number and the new address.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and we cannot guarantee changes. If your order has already shipped to the wrong address, we are unable to redirect it but will assist you in coordinating with the carrier when possible.

Failed delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed status, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund minus shipping costs.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your package arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll either send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.

Why does it take 4-6 weeks?

Because every Aphrodite formula is prepared specifically for you in Seoul, our production cycle is longer than mass-market brands. Active ingredients are mixed fresh, not pulled from warehouse stock. We chose freshness over speed — your bottle reaches you at peak potency.
