Our 60-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind every bottle. If your skin doesn't respond to Aphrodite within 60 days of receiving your order, we'll refund every dollar you paid — no questions asked, no return required.
How to request a refund
Email us at caroline@tryaphroditeskin.com within 60 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- A brief reason (optional but appreciated — it helps us improve)
We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
You don't need to return the product
Keep it. Pass it to a friend. Whatever you prefer. We'd rather you keep the product than waste your time on shipping.
Pre-shipment cancellations
Because most products are made-to-order, you can cancel for a full refund at any point before your order ships. Just email us with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your package arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll either send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
Subscription orders
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. The 60-day guarantee applies to your first subscription order. Subsequent orders can be refunded if unopened and within 14 days of receipt.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
